Shelter in a Pandemic

May 1, 2020

Every realtor I know is being inundated with phone calls. It’s looking like we’ll all be vacationing-in-place this summer, while trying to work from home… and summer camps? Maybe there won’t be summer camps either. Outdoor entertaining is becoming popular, as we’re starting to cautiously invite friends over for socially distanced visits.

What does all of this mean? More space! Inside and out.

People want home offices, big backyards, room for the kids to spread out and make a mess and quiet, sanctuary spaces to get away from it all. While feeling concerned about the economy and the economic fallout from the pandemic, the need for better shelter is driving many to make a move.

Marin real estate is starting to look pretty good right now!
